Patty teaches you to observe your behavior, recognize and eliminate patterns of negative thoughts paving the way to shifting attitude, adapting and boosting motivation. Learn to relax and move your body, efficiently and effectively. Private sessions available at your home or at the Pine Street Clinic in San Anselmo or in Patty’s Forest Knolls Wellness Studio.
