Patty Brockley is a certified Somatic Yoga Therapist who has worked as a Nurse Practitioner in the Bay Area for over 20 years. Patty helps clients develop simple and effective therapeutic practices by utilizing such techniques as mindful movement, breathing, relaxation, and meditation which aid the mind’s natural inclination to heal and alleviate pain in the body
Anyone with nagging aches, chronic pain, or experiencing anxiety, stress, or depression can learn strategies to feel better. These practices help you to become present, aware of your body, and more conscious about your movements, thereby eliminating potentially debilitating patterns in your body and in your thinking process.
