For 30 years Patty has worked in Integrated Medicine as a Nurse Practitioner, and a Women’s health advocate, as well as a Certified Somatic Yoga therapist. She now specializes in Stress management, Pain management and being a Health Advocate for her clients. Patty has found that Somatic Yoga Therapy and meditation are the most effective practices to help the body relax, reduce inflammation, heal and feel better
