Somatic Yoga Mexico Retreat

We are excited to announce we are returning to this truly amazing Luxury Vila in Zihautanejo again, during peak whale season. Watching the whales every day is incredibly healing. As we watch the whales take their deep dive into the ocean we, too, will be taking a deep dive into the mind and the sacred self. Each day we wake up to the sounds of the ocean, watch the whales, swim and meditate, breathe, then we take to the mat. We will explore how the habits of the mind affect our bodies. Self-reflection, regulation, and correction help us to clear the body and mind.

As we go deeper, we discover our true, authentic self, our luminous, shiny, bright light within. The chaos recedes, the calm resurfaces, and as the clarity and dreams come alive. You realize the ah-ha moments, the joy of the journey of life, and the deep contentment you forgot you had was there all along.

After 7 days of this journey, meditating, silence, sensing into our bodies with therapeutic yoga, eating healthy foods, laughter, sunshine, sunsets, warmth, kindness, compassion, and restorative yoga, we walk away fully alive, clear headed and brighter, with a lightness in our step. That’s called freedom or as the yogin calls it: Kaivalyam.

Includes room, all food and non alcoholic beverages, morning and evening meditation, and 2 yoga sessions. All levels of experience welcome as this is therapeutic somatic yoga.
Not included: Excursions, alcohol, transportation, tips for staff, and massages. Massages are available for a fee.
